Steve is the President of P4 Hospitality, bringing more than 20 years of hospitality leadership experience and a proven track record of driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and long-term asset value for hotel owners and investors.
Since joining P4 Hospitality in 2016 as General Manager of the Hampton Inn & Suites Portland/Vancouver, Steve quickly established himself as a results-driven leader. Under his direction, the hotel earned four consecutive Lighthouse Awards and a Conrad Achievement Award, consistently ranking among the top 10 Hampton properties nationwide for four straight years. His success led to a promotion to Regional Manager in 2019, where he oversaw multiple hotel brands across three states before ultimately assuming ownership and leadership of the company.
Today, as President of P4 Hospitality, Steve leads the company with a hands-on, owner-minded approach focused on maximizing profitability, enhancing guest satisfaction, and building high-performing teams. His leadership philosophy centers on accountability, operational discipline, and creating lasting value for ownership groups through strategic growth and exceptional hotel performance.
Steve’s experience spans select-service, convention, and extended-stay hotels across major national and independent brands. His expertise includes hotel operations, sales strategy, revenue optimization, new hotel openings, renovation oversight, and brand repositioning projects. Throughout his career, he has successfully guided hotels through complex transitions while consistently improving market performance and financial results.
His accomplishments have earned industry-wide recognition, including Marriott’s Sales Leader of the Year Award, IHG’s Renovation of the Year Award, and multiple Hilton honors. While proud of these achievements, Steve believes the foundation of every successful hotel is the strength of its people and culture. He is passionate about developing teams that deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving measurable results for owners.
Beyond operations, Steve remains actively involved in the hospitality community as an Ambassador with the Washington Hospitality Association, a member of the Vancouver Tax Advisory Council Committee, and an Executive Board Member for Visit Vancouver USA. His commitment to community engagement reflects his belief that strong community partnerships contribute directly to long-term hotel success.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys barbequing in the backyard with his family and friends.
