Jenn began her career with P4 Hospitality as the Director of Sales for the Hampton Inn & Suites Portland/Vancouver. Through her exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and proven ability to deliver results, she quickly advanced to Regional Sales Manager. Today, she serves as Regional Director, overseeing both Operations and Sales across a portfolio of hotel properties.
With extensive experience in hospitality leadership, sales, marketing, revenue strategy, and hotel operations, Jenn is known for building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and maximizing asset performance. She has a passion for creating innovative sales strategies, strengthening property performance, and fostering lasting relationships with owners, clients, brand partners, and team members. Her collaborative leadership style and results-oriented approach have consistently positioned her teams for success, even in challenging market conditions.
Prior to joining P4 Hospitality, Jenn enjoyed a successful 15-year career in banking, where she consistently ranked among the top 10% of performers in her market. The financial expertise, operational discipline, and customer-first mindset she developed during that time continue to strengthen her leadership in the hospitality industry.
Today, Jenn brings more than two decades of combined experience in finance, hospitality, and operational leadership. In her role as Regional Director, she provides strategic oversight for both hotel operations and sales, ensuring each property achieves excellence in guest satisfaction, financial performance, revenue growth, and team development. Her comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, commercial strategy, and evolving market trends makes her a trusted leader and valued partner for owners, brands, and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, Jenn enjoys spending time with her family, especially traveling to their favorite destination, Kauai. She also loves the outdoors and can often be found around a campfire, making memories with family and friends.
